Changing ho-hum into WOW

Not much to get excited about here.  A white house with a deck, a huge yard that dwarfs the play system, evergreen screening from the neighbors and a whole lotta lawn to mow.  Pretty standard stuff.  But is this house and yard really “all it can be”? With a little vision and planning, the transformation was spectacular.

The house has been remodeled, adding multiple decks for entertaining.  The swimming pool and decking extend the living space into the yard.  Can you see the play system? It’s still in the same spot but it is no longer the focal point in the yard.

From one of the decks, the pool looks inviting – drawing you into the space.  Last one in is a rotten egg!!

A basalt bubbler (aka low maintenance water feature) stands closer to one of the deck spaces so the homeowners can see and hear water.  Now that’s a living space!!
