Pond Delivery Day

The Mill Pond delivers Pond parts to KARE11

Wednesday, June 4th – Denny Sandin from The Mill Pond in Montrose delivered the Pond parts to KARE11 today.  The bubbling rock has been drilled from top to  bottom – you can just see the holes at the top.  The rock is over 5000 lbs!  The scale at The Mill Pond goes up to 5000 lbs and when they put this on the scale….the needle whipped over to 5000 and beyond in a flash.  It was drilled so the water would splash and cascade down the front.  Can’t wait to see this in place.  If everything goes well, it should be done by this weekend.

Take a good look at the steel drums now because, in just a few days, they will be buried in the KARE11 Backyard.
